Coconut Milk Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

1 can (400 mL) Thai Kitchen® Coconut Milk

2 packets (28 g each) instant hot chocolate mix

Cooking Instructions:

Heat coconut milk in small saucepan until hot (not boiling). Remove from heat.

Stir in hot chocolate mix until dissolved. Serve immediately. Top with whipped cream, if desired.

Chef Tip:

For flavoured hot chocolate, sprinkle with Club House Ground Cinnamon or Club House Pumpkin Pie Spice. Or stir in 1/8 to 1/4 tsp (0.5-1 mL) Club House Pure Vanilla Extract or Club House Pure Mint & Peppermint Extract.
