1 can (400 mL) Thai Kitchen® Coconut Milk
3 cups (750 mL) frozen whole strawberries
¼ cup (50 mL) light agave nectar
1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Pure Vanilla Extract
Pour coconut milk into blender container. Add remaining ingredients; cover.
Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
Use 1 can (400 mL) Thai Kitchen® Lite Coconut Milk in place of the regular coconut milk.
To use fresh strawberries, use 3 cups (750 mL) halved strawberries in place of the frozen strawberries. Add 1 to 2 cups (250-500 mL) ice for desired consistency.
Strawberry-Banana Smoothie: Add 1 banana, sliced, and 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Ground Cinnamon with the strawberries.
Mixed-Berry Smoothie: Use 1 bag (600 g) frozen mixed berries or 3 cups (750 mL) mixed fresh berries in place of the strawberries. Add 1 to 2 cups (250-500 mL) ice for desired consistency if using fresh berries.
