1 can (567 g) pineapple chunks in juice

1/4 (50 mL) cup orange juice

1/4 cup (50 mL) Thai Kitchen® Coconut Milk

1/4 (50 mL) cup dark rum (optional)

2 cups (500 mL) ice cubes


DRAIN pineapple, reserved 1/4 (250 mL) cup juice. Place pineapple, reserved juice, orange juice, coconut milk and rum in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until pineapple is pureed. Add ice; blend until smooth.

POUR into tall glasses. Serve immediately.
