2 tablespoons (30 mL) vegetable oil
2 tablespoons (30 mL) minced garlic
1 pound (500 g) ground chicken or boneless chicken, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
1/2 cup (125 mL) sliced onion
2 tablespoons (30 mL) Thai Kitchen® Premium Fish Sauce
2 tablespoons (30 mL) sugar
1 Thai red chile, seeded and sliced (optional)
Cooked Thai Kitchen® Jasmine Rice
HEAT oil in large skillet or wok on medium-high heat. Add garlic; stir fry 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add chicken; stir fry until lightly browned.
ADD onion, fish sauce, sugar and chile; stir fry 2 to 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
SERVE with cooked Jasmine Rice.
