1/4 cup (50 mL) vegetable oil
1/4 cup (50 mL) minced garlic
3 kaffir lime leaves, torn in half (optional)
1 pound (500 g) ground chicken or ground turkey
1 pound (500 g) green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
3 tablespoons (45 mL) sugar
2 tablespoons (30 mL) Thai Kitchen® Roasted Red Chili Paste
2 tablespoons (30 mL) Thai Kitchen® Premium Fish Sauce
1 tablespoon (15 mL) water
1 small Thai chile, thinly sliced (optional)
Cooked Thai Kitchen® Jasmine Rice
HEAT oil in large skillet or wok on high heat. Add garlic and kaffir lime leaves; stir fry 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add chicken; stir fry until lightly browned. Add green beans, sugar, chili paste, fish sauce, water and chile; stir fry 5 minutes or until green beans are tender-crisp. Remove kaffir lime leaves before serving.
SERVE with cooked Jasmine Rice.
