Pineapple and Chili Stir Fry

½ cup (125 mL) Thai Kitchen Pineapple & Chili Sauce

2 tsp (10 mL) brown sugar

2 tsp (10 mL) soy sauce

2 tbsp (30 mL) oil

1 lb (500 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into thin strips

1 cup (250 mL) drained  canned pineapple chunks

1 cup (250 mL) green bell pepper chunks

½ cup (125 mL) onion chunks


    1. Mix Pineapple & Chili Sauce, brown sugar and soy sauce in small bowl until well blended. Set aside.
    2. Heat oil in large skillet or wok on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove from skillet.
    3. Add pineapple, bell pepper and onion to skillet; stir-fry 4 minutes or until tender-crisp. Add sauce mixture; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Return chicken to skillet; cook 2 minutes or until heated through.
