Kristen Paskus Shredded Pork with Jasmine Rice

A traditional favourite spiced up quickly becomes a fall favourite. Shredded Pork with Jasmine offers a fantastic flavour while keeping a dish kid-friendly.

2 lb (1 kg) pork loin

2 tsp (10 mL) salt

1 can (400 mL) Thai Kitchen® Premium Coconut Milk

Thai Kitchen Jasmine Rice

Thai Kitchen Plum Sauce

Chopped parsley, to garnish


Place pork loin in slow cooker. Add salt and coconut milk. Cook on LOW for 6 hours.

Shred pork.

Prepare rice as directed.

Serve shredded pork over rice with plum sauce and garnish with parsley.
