Bangkok Fruit Salad

Lime juice and Spicy Thai Chili Sauce add exotic flavor of this salad. You may also use pineapple and banana in this fast and easy low fat salad or dessert.

1 large ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch (1.25 cm) cubes

1 large ripe mango, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch (1.25 cm) cubes

1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped fresh mint leaves

3 tablespoons (45 mL) lime juice

1 tablespoon (15 mL) Thai Kitchen® Spicy Thai Chili Sauce

Fresh cilantro sprigs (optional)


MIX all ingredients in large bowl until well blended.

REFRIGERATE until ready to serve. Garnish with cilantro sprigs, if desired.
