A creamy dip with a spicy kick. Serve this to liven up your favorite chips or raw vegetables.
1/2 cup (125 mL) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
1/2 cup (125 mL) sour cream
1 clove garlic, minced
1 to 2 tablespoons (15 to 30 mL) Thai Kitchen® Spicy Thai Chili Sauce
3 tablespoons (45 mL) chopped green onion
MIX cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream until well blended and smooth. Add garlic, chili sauce and green onion; mix until well blended. Cover.
REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
Makes 1 3/4 cups (425 mL).
